Welcome to the Wweb-based version of SOCOPSE Decision Support System
SOCOPSE was focused on development of tools for the implementation of the WFD with regards to PSs. Within the project a Decision Support System (DSS) was developed for management of PSs in order to assess the effectiveness and (possibly secondary) impacts of various measures or combinations of measures and to make the right selection of measures. These measures include water treatment technologies, management options, and substitution as well as strategies for follow-up and monitoring and frameworks for communication and dissemination of progress.
